2D Service Drawings
We can produce new 2D Autocad drawings or apply modifications for all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services; including Layouts, Detail Drawings and Schematics. As part of the development; Builders Work layouts are also vital for installation and come as part of the coordination exercise.
Coordination and 3D Modelling
Using Revit 3D software, all MEP services can be coordinated with other disciplines that form the building fabric, structure and external envelope, such as steel and concrete. In doing so, clashes can be detected and addressed before manufacture and installation.
Office Refurbishment Layouts
Office plans and 3D views can be produced to give a clear and precise visual of the final layout; before furniture is purchased. Scaled drawings allow the occupancy to be calculated, with the most efficient furniture positions.

3D Coordinated Revit Drawings
By using Revit 3D software to model services within their 3D environment, it is possible to develop plans, sections and 3D views as part of the working drawing package, and helps to visualize each space. We can also determine any clashes; that can be overcome before stepping foot on site, hence reducing waste. As part of the BIM process, drawings can be produced to maturity Level 2, which contain two elements; the geography or visual representation of a project, and the data attached. CAD Office can produce accurate 3D models of both the building and services.
